Tue: 6.30PM - 7.30PM (Thomas Tallis School, Kidbrooke)

A sequence designed to tone, shape and strengthen. You will also improve your posture whilst aligning skeletal and all muscle systems.

Working top to toe, this sequence specifically targets toning the core, waist, thighs, buttocks and arms. You will also strengthen and build muscles, which is key for calorie burning. Standing postures are designed to help you gain cardiovascular fitness.

All levels catered for beginners to advanced. Modifications provided for injuries.

Work with your own body. Every body is different. Performed to funky chillout tunes.
